Together, they bring a unique mix of industry-leading expertise and diverse past performance to the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies. Eagle TG, the managing member, is a tribally owned Small Disadvantaged Business with extensive past performance in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software development, and middleware. Solerity, the mentor, has numerous cloud, engineering services, and program management contracts across DoD, the Department of Justice, and the Intelligence Community.

Founded in 1991, Solerity has numerous cloud, engineering services, and program management contracts across the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and the Intelligence Community. Solerity serves as the mentor of the Aquila Rey joint venture.

PROCUREMENT ADVANTAGES
As an SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture managed by a tribally-owned firm, Aquila Rey JV retains the full procurement advantages of Eagle TG's Native American-owned status.
SBA may award a direct award contract (sole source) with an unlimited ceiling to an 8(a) participant owned and controlled by a Native American tribe.
The Government may award sole source contracts up to $22M without J&A and beyond $22M with J&A, offering a virtually unlimited threshold.
Small and SDB credit received through subcontracting work to the joint venture.
Indian Incentive Program (IIP) — 5% rebate available to prime contractors.
