UNCOMN, LLC
A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered outside of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, UNCOMN is a proven leader with 12+ years of experience delivering cyber, data, engineering, enterprise, and cloud solutions. UNCOMN holds ISO 9001/20000/27001 certifications, is CMMI DEV Level 3 rated, a Red Hat RHEL partner, and an AWS Advanced Tier Partner.

PROCUREMENT ADVANTAGES
As an SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture managed by a tribally-owned firm, Tumbi Technology retains the full procurement advantages of Red Cedar TG's Native American-owned status.
SBA may award a direct award contract (sole source) with an unlimited ceiling to an 8(a) participant owned and controlled by a Native American tribe.
The Government may award sole source contracts up to $22M without J&A and beyond $22M with J&A, offering a virtually unlimited threshold.
Small and SDB credit received through subcontracting work to the joint venture.
Indian Incentive Program (IIP) — 5% rebate available to prime contractors.
